Yes.
If the organiser cancels — because of the weather, for example — you get the full amount back.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start, you also get the full amount back.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, a refund is usually not possible, because the organiser has already paid for your places. Conditions can differ from tour to tour, so it is worth checking them for your specific booking.

Where and what time should I wait for pickup?

The pickup time and the meeting point depend on the tour, and they are agreed in advance — you will find them in your booking confirmation.
For tours that include hotel pickup, we send the exact time the evening before the trip. If you cannot find it, or your plans have changed, check your order details or message our support and we will confirm the time and place for your specific tour.
