📌 Force majeure and weather conditions
- The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather conditions, tides and currents.
- Rain is not a reason to cancel an excursion.
- In the event of a storm, if the maritime police prohibit small boats from sailing, a refund or cancellation of the tour is possible.
📌 Restrictions on participation
🚫 The following are not allowed to participate in the tour:
- Tourists over 70 years of age (not recommended).
- People with serious medical conditions or physical limitations.
- Pregnant women (regardless of due date). If pregnancy information is disclosed on the pier, no refunds will be given and the return transfer is at the tourist's own expense.
📌 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free date rescheduling is possible at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours are no refunds.
- Aviation and private tours - no refunds are available for cancellations.
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance - 500 baht/person administration fee will be charged.
- No-show - 100% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the ticket is paid in part but the tourist does not show up, he/she must pay the remaining amount (cash on tour).
- Refunds for one-day tours are only available if a medical certificate from a hospital (per person) is provided before 16:00 on the day of the tour.
- Refund for a two-day tour is 50% if a **hospital medical certificate is provided before 16:00 on the day of the tour.
