CAUTION!!!
- Adult - 11 years old and up.
- Child - 4 to 10 years old
- Infant - 0 to 3 years old
Conditions:
Weather conditions and force majeure
- There may be changes to the programme due to adverse weather conditions, high or low tides or other unforeseen situations.
- Rain is not a reason to cancel an excursion.
- In the event of a storm warning, the maritime police will restrict small boats from sailing, which may result in a refund or rescheduling of the excursion to another date.
Restrictions for group sea tours:
- Participation is not recommended for tourists over the age of 70.
- Persons with physical disabilities or serious medical conditions.
- Pregnant women (regardless of due date). If pregnancy information is provided at the pier, no refund for the tour will be possible. In this case, the return transfer is paid by the tourist himself.
Conditions of cancellation or non-cancellation of the excursion:
- Postponement of the excursion without additional charge is possible not later than 72 hours before the start of the programme.
- For group tours, no refunds are possible if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to the start.
- If the tour is cancelled more than 72 hours before the start, a fee of 500 Baht per person will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the full price of the tour will be charged.
- In case of partial payment and no-show, the remaining amount must be paid by the tourist (cash on tour).
- Refunds for no-shows are not possible.
